CMC America designs and builds horizontal dough mixers and bakery equipment in Joliet, Illinois. Our Joliet team supplies the replacement parts, service, rebuilds and control upgrades that keep your equipment running.
We support our full line: Roller Bar, Single Sigma, Double Sigma and EXP mixers; 16 SD, 24 SD, 65 S, 85 S and XRS depositors; dough transport systems; the TOP HAT water delivery manifold; and bakery water meters.

Replacement Parts
Agitators, roller bars and shafts, shaft seals, bearings and bushings, drive belts, motors and gearboxes, plus feed rolls, dies and cutter parts for our depositors. Send us your serial number and we’ll find the right part for your machine. Don’t see your part listed? Ask us.
Service at Your Plant
Our technicians travel to customer plants in the U.S. and abroad. We troubleshoot and repair equipment, install and start up new CMC equipment, and train your operators and maintenance staff. We can also guide your own maintenance team through a repair.
Rebuilds & Overhauls
When seals, bearings, bushings and roller bars wear out, a rebuild can bring your mixer back to full performance. We plan the work around your production schedule, often over a weekend or planned shutdown. Bigger jobs can come back to our Joliet shop.
Control System Upgrades
Still running on old timers and relays? We can upgrade your mixer to modern controls with a touchscreen operator panel (HMI), PLC and variable-frequency drives. Send us your serial number and a photo of your control panel, and we’ll quote the upgrade. Have a mixer from another maker? Ask us about upgrading its controls too.

Yes, in the U.S. and abroad. Our technicians travel to customer plants for service calls, repairs, rebuilds, installation, start-up and staff training. Call us to schedule a visit.
Do you have parts for older mixers, including Champion mixers?
It depends on the machine. Send us the serial number and photos, and we’ll tell you what parts and service we can offer.
Should we rebuild our mixer or replace it?
It depends on the mixer’s condition and your production needs. We can look at your mixer and quote both options so you can compare.
