Pick and Place Cookie Depositor

Wire-cut depositing and automatic card placement in one machine, for cookie dough that’s frozen on cards or paper.

The CMC 660 Pick and Place

The 660 Pick and Place combines our wire-cut depositing with a pneumatic vacuum pick-and-place system. It sets a card on the conveyor, then deposits rows of cookie dough pieces onto it, ready for your freezer.

The cards can be card stock, cardboard or paper. Because the machine places them, no one has to set cards or move dough pieces by hand, and after freezing the cards stack straight into the box as layers.

Two Steps, One Machine

Card placement and depositing happen on one conveyor, so you need fewer hands on the line.

Up to 600 Cookies a Minute

The depositor makes up to 60 cuts a minute, or up to 600 cookies a minute, depending on the die.

Built for Your Cards

We set the machine up for your card size and the number of pieces on each card.

How It Works

  1. The vacuum pick-and-place lifts a card from the stack and sets it on the conveyor.
  2. The conveyor carries the card under the depositor head.
  3. Feed rolls push the dough through the die, and a wire harp cuts each row of pieces, which drop onto the card.
  4. The loaded cards move on to your freezer, then stack into boxes as layers.
