Water Meters DA 150
In busy commercial bakeries, every baker must multitask. We made the DA 150 for the baker who needs remote control dependability on water volume and temperature — and has no time to monitor delivery. The DA 150 delivers up to 150 lbs. of water per minute. When paired with the (optional) Thermostatic Mixing Valve, this water is delivered at the right temperature for your recipe.

Easy to Control
Our Sigma agitator gently rotates and moves the dough mass from each end of the bowl to the center – and back again – in a continuous mixing action with a minimum of heat rise in the dough. The result? Homogeneous distribution of ingredients efficiently achieved.
Temperatures Up to 250° F. Accurate & Dependable
The DA 150 is an accurate bakery water meter that can deliver water in temperatures up to 250° and is accurate to within +/- 1% when running at 150 lbs./min.

Magnetic Inductive Batching Meters (MIBM Series)
The MIBM Series is the next generation of bakery water meters — designed for accuracy, flexibility, and reliability in busy production environments. Available in five models (50, 100, 200, 630, and 1260 lbs./min), the MIBM delivers the right amount of water at the right temperature without constant supervision.
